So yeah, now we have the 8AM designated shopping hour for senior citizens. I guess Kroger figures nobody gets a morning paper anymore, so the seniors have time on their hands at that hour. These seniors get to shop in the fresh, clean store with untouched displays. And fresh baked goods. And they get first shot at the sale items. First shot at everything.
So when I go to Kroger at noon and there’s no toilet paper…well, you make your own conclusion. I think these seniors are hoarding it in their “guest bedroom” and dealing it. At a pretty, pretty fair markup, I bet.
